The Way of Jesus

This series explores the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 5-7 (often referred to as the Semon on the Mount.)  Many Christians today are caught in a tension between Law and Grace, or rules and authenticity. This wrestle has caused us to ask important questions about what it means to be a disciple of Jesus:

Does how I live matter? As disciples of Jesus are we called to live in a particular way?  If so, what is that way and how can I be clear on what it means for my life today?  Having put our faith in a God of such immeasurable grace, does the way we live under that grace of consequence?  What is the aim or goal of the whole Christian life?

Jesus and the New Testament have much to say in asnwer to these questions.  In this series we will take a closer look not only at these biblical and theological answers, but will seek to apply those answers to our daily lives.
